The band names Morbid Angel, Immolation, Bloodbath, and Gorguts as chief influences. After winning the 2022 edition of Wacken Metal Battle India, they went on to perform at Wacken Open Air in Germany the same year. Within India, Moral Putrefaction has played on stages with acts like as Psycroptic, Cult of Fire, and Immolation.
